Archos TV Connect Attach Android 4.1 Smart TV Features to HDTVs

Archos has showed their new Archos TV Connect device. This device has been designed for transform your HDTV into an Android Smart TV full with controller.

The Archos TV Connect system simply adds Google’s new Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system to your HDTV System.

More qualifications Archos has made with TV Connect with a 1.5 GHz multi-core TI OMAP 4470 processor supported by 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of storage, and has been designed to be clipped on to the top of your HDTV.
It’s equipped with an Ethernet port, mini HDMI output, micro USB port, micro SD slot, HD webcam and a LED notification system, designed to provide notification of incoming calls from Skype and Google Talk apps.

The Archos TV Connect system remote controller gives their users with complete keyboard, gamepad and together with Android shortcut keys. It’s including a key for voice controls and voice typing.

The Archos TV Connect will be available in the stores next month. The priced started at $129 or £99. And it also supports wireless connectivity if you wanted.

Panasonic Releases New Toughpad FZ-A1 Android Tablet

Now Panasonic has released their new Toughpad FZ-A1 Android tablet, they have declared this week. The new Toughpad FZ-A1 Android tablet is now prepared with protection systems that are MIL-STD 810G and IP65 compliant, and have been designed to keep the tablets delicate electronics from 4ft drops and temperatures ranging from 14 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Panasonic Toughpad FZ-A1 is prepared with 10 inch display. It’s providing a resolution of 1,024x768 pixels and built-in dual cameras offering both 5 and 2 megapixels.

It’s powered by 1.2 GHz dual core processor, it’s supported by 1GB of RAM and satellite based GPS and optional 3G connectivity if you want.

It’s all running Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) operating system, for a price of $1,500.
